Lynda Arsenault is an expert in attracting, maintaining and accelerating Foreign Direct Investment opportunities. With over 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sector, she has been instrumental in assisting both North American and Global regions succeed in-market.

For 10 years, Lynda Arsenault worked in senior management positions for the Canadian – Provincial government with a key focus on India, UK, Europe, Dubai, Japan and the US assisting startups, SMEs and multi-nationals through investment attraction, set-up operations.

2016, Lynda was hired as the Authorized Investment Representative for the State of Pennsylvania (based in Canada) - to promote foreign direct investment (FDI) by Canadian companies into the Commonwealth.  The Canadian Pennsylvania office of Economic Development was closed July 2019 due to budget restrictions.

Also in 2016, Lynda joined the team of AHP International as an independent FDI expert and external resource. For AHP International Lynda acts as the Lead - North American expert on strategic FDI consulting. She also supports the execution of campaigns both in-and outbound. Together with Stefan Peikert, David Moock, her counterpart in the European team, and Karolina Kaptur she assists international clients to attract FDI both from the U.S. and Canada. She also contributes to strategy development and the provision of sector focused programs for regional clients in North America, Mexico and South Africa.

Lynda Arsenault has held executive positions on multiple boards including: Program Chair for the Canadian International Council (CIC) - Canada’s Foreign Policy Council, Regional board member for the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce, Contact Centre of Nova Scotia (CCNS), Digital Nova Scotia (DNS) and Nova Scotia Women in Technology (NSWIT). Lynda currently sits on the Board of The American Chamber of Commerce in Canada – (AmCham) Atlantic Chapter and is a member of The Council of American States in Canada (CASC). In her spare time, she acts as a business mentor for university graduates.

Lynda Arsenault holds a Master’s Degree in E-Commerce (MEC) from Dalhousie University, an undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s University and has obtained the Designation - Certified International Trade Professional CITP©/FIBP© through FITT. She has also gained multiple diplomas in international business, management, International marketing and tech.
