GO&GROW INTERNATIONAL is a subscription based program built around annually four inspiring management workshops. Members have access to the workshops and can opt for a service plan with attractive business development modules (either free or at reduced rates):

CERTUSS is a German manufacturer of modern steam generators for industrial applications. The company successfully works in about 30 markets globally, usually with local partners in sales & service. Holger Deimann, President of CERTUSS America L.P. in Philadelphia has developed most overseas markets for CERTUSS with a focus on Asia and the Middle East. 
Holger will be sharing his experience in how to select the right markets and most important how to identify, onboard and successfully manage distribution partners globally. In his career at CERTUSS, Holger has successfully worked with about twenty different business cultures and on all continents.
The workshop “How to develop a global market presence” will provide insights for those who are already active abroad and be an inspiration for those seeking to become global players in the future. As usual Stefan Peikert (AHP International Inc.) and Mike Brubaker (Principled Strategies) will be guiding you through an exciting presentation.
